Prior to founding Phase Planners, he served as a lead consultant for Fox Cooling and Daikin projects. Noella is a detail-oriented finance professional with experience in revenue management, financial analysis, and client engagement across various sectors. She has worked with institutions like Ecobank Ghana and Ghacem, where she supported digital banking adoption and financial operations. Noella excels in receivables, payables, asset management, and financial risk assessment. With a background in Banking and Finance from the University of Ghana Business School, she brings strong coordination, strategic planning, and communication skills to every team she joins.
HVAC Systems Engineer & Project Consultant
Gameli is a seasoned mechanical engineer with over a decade of hands-on experience in HVAC system design, sales, and project management across West Africa. Currently serving as the System Air-Conditioner Sales Manager at Samsung Electronics West Africa, he manages distributor relationships, trains engineers, and oversees the delivery and commissioning of major HVAC projects. His project portfolio includes high-profile developments such as Marriott Hotel renovations, Melcom Takoradi, and AngloGold Ashanti Control Rooms. A graduate of KNUST in Mechanical Engineering, Gameli is also trained in advanced HVAC software, fan and chiller selection, and holds multiple technical certifications. He brings strong technical insight, coordination skills, and industry expertise to every project at Phase Planners.
Project Electrical Engineer
John is a highly skilled Electrical/Electronic Engineer with a BSc from KNUST and over a decade of hands-on experience in electrical systems design, solar installations, and project execution. He has led major projects for Toyota Ghana, Ronor Motors, and others, with a strong background in solar technology, fire safety systems, and substation enhancements. His expertise spans AutoCAD, power systems analysis, and electrical fault diagnosis. John brings a flexible, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset to every project, making him a reliable force in technical innovation and execution.
Architect
Charity is a dynamic and versatile architect with a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from KNUST. With experience spanning residential, retail, and public projects across Ghana, she specializes in sustainable design, restoration, and architectural visualization. Currently at Build Form Ltd., Charity leads design and site coordination on multi-million-dollar projects including private homes, market complexes, and daycare centers. Her technical skills in AutoCAD, Revit, and Lumion support her ability to deliver detailed, functional, and client-centered designs. Fluent in English, Twi, and Ga, she brings both creativity and practicality to every project.
